Player Groups
At the High Performance Girls Cricket Centre, every player is part of a structured pathway that supports growth, development, and opportunities to advance. Our groups are designed to recognise achievement, encourage hard work, and provide every girl with a clear roadmap towards becoming a high-performance cricketer.
HPGCC Select Players
Select Players are those who have successfully met the required Delta Assessment Threshold Scores. These players are formally capped and recognised as part of HPGCC’s high-performance group. Select Players continue their development through advanced training, individual player profiles, and opportunities to represent the Centre in competitive fixtures.
HPGCC Incubator Players
Incubator Players are in the process of completing their second assessment. Once they achieve the Delta targets required, they will earn their caps and progress into the Select Players group. This group reflects HPGCC’s commitment to guiding players through the pathway step by step, with strong coaching support and continuous feedback.
